How does #bitcoin digital signatures proves ownership when digital signatures are available on the network?

Asking for much a simpler explanation as if everyone/anyone inyerested is from a 3rd world country?

At Amboss.space , we use a digital signature for logging in to the platform. When you go to sign a message, you include the message, the signature, and the public key. With this information, you can mathematically verify that the signature matches the message and the public key. If the signature was anything else, it would fail verification.

The public key is derived from a private key and a private key is necessary to make a valid signature. There are lots of signed messages out there, but the digital signature is a function of the message it is signing. So, having a valid digital signature to fresh message content proves that whoever signed is the owner of the private key.

Does Amboss.space work on android phones?

Yes, but we've happened work on the PWA. It's fine just as a website.

Where would i find these digital signatures, would they come from amboss?or those public keys? Are they just as the same public keys from those of bitcoin core wallets?Kindly, please be specific as not everyone has acess to tools/computers/gadgets to unserstand your terms...thanks!

The digital signatures aren't found per se. They are created by signing a message using your lightning node's private key. The public key is generated using the private key.

So, the signed message can be verified using the public key.

A similar process can be used to sign messages using any wallet's private key.

And where the did lightning node's private keys came to play?are bitcoin private keys and lightning keys the same?

Can any of obe these private keys be used vice-versa "MEANING" lightning private keys be connected to BITCOIN private keys?

I am asking about bitcoin?

Are they same?

Of course you'd say lightning is the second layer.

Aside from bitcoin, what are the 1st layers?

Is amboss one of these so called lightning channels?

Will it work on android?

And does it needs one those plug-ins(w/c makes bitcoin/lightning so much more confusing?)

I can provide public keys, with digital signatures, using btc core wallet..will it make me the owner?

Is it that hard to answer these questions?

Or is #btc really just for the few English speaking elites?

Why are you promoting amboss.space then sending me sats thru walletofsatoshi.com?

How the FUCK with an AVERAGE STUPID MIND like me would ever understand that?

I'm happy to provide information to those that are curious and it sounds like you're getting frustrated by the information. It's a lot to take in!

You can find Mastering Bitcoin available in many languages which provides the technical basis to understand public and private key cryptography.

Read it...it's hard to digest when its all written in english when it's not my native language...

Amboss is my company and is not competitive with wallets; it provides information for payment operations. I don't use wallet of satoshi.

So amboss isnot a wallet?

Is this a node?

2wlj5knijcafaoio6l6okfgr6uy7vftvd76cbdmhjfey7r7qss33xnad.onion:8333

That is an onion address and appears to be a bitcoin node because of the 8333 port.

Here's my lightning node: https://amboss.space/c/satbase

Here's the connection information (aka URI): 0390cc12f782259427bdc45a283705f4c20ccbdff064ed43f6b74fefcafe9eb1f7@4ktdvcvhuytnj3hermy3fiqtj5b7lzspjzdhsgg6xafc6tjrvik6q4ad.onion:9735

Amboss is not a wallet. It's a platform that displays information about lightning nodes.

What's the difference between lightning and a liquid?

Liquid has a separate blockchain that is governed by a group of people (federation). It has similar qualities to Bitcoin, but with faster blocks and additional features. It maintains the same price as Bitcoin unlike other blockchains. It is a side chain.

Lightning is a contract within Bitcoin that is between any two people (nodes) about ownership of the Bitcoin in the contract. Payments affect the amount of Bitcoin that is owned in each contract that is used to travel.
