Anyone used Jitsi meet for encrypted calls (with or without video)? meet.jit.si

Anyone checked out the source code? jitsi.GitHub.imo

I’m looking for an encrypted service for calls that don’t require a phone number (like Signal).

Any recs, Jitsi or otherwise?

Anyone try Threema? I’ve been tempted to set up their self hosted option for my family.

Heard of it, haven’t tried yet. Again pretty sure you need to download/set up etc and for this particular need of mine it’s gotta be ultra simple.

Love to hear tho if you get round to trying Threema how you like it 👍

Ha yeah it looked like a complicated docker deployment but I’m considering it for the future
