Protein shakes are high GI. You spike your insulin levels, akin to consuming sugar. It's a trend, and unhealthy.

Not correct. It's akin to drinking orange juice without the fibre. It's instant and sudden overload. Research papers confirm this.

Google it. Or ask Ken Berry. I don't keep notes on obvious stuff. The insulation spike is severe but short lived I recall. Think about it. It's a product created by man and resembles the structure of.... remember how in the older days grain mills could self combust from the powder it created in the air? You have a similar situation. Buy a blood glucose monitor and check for yourself for your own confirmation. I've studied longevity/health for over 20 years now. I'm strict with my diet and there is absolutely NO way I would ever touch that poison ever again. It's better than eating pizza though 😂
