Well #nostrches. We'll be back to rehabbing the ole' back. Fucker has been acting up again, trying to reduce some nerve pain.
Thinking of doing regular PT but also adding in some heavier lifts to hopefully do low rep-heavy weight and see if we can strengthen these inner core muscles.
Anyone have advice.?
I’ve found a regular routine of yoga 2-3x a week helps keep the whole body with mobility and reduce inflammation.
