Japan was so nice. No litter, no cars piled along the sidewalks, few homeless people, very organized, low crime. As soon as we landed back in Houston I saw a fake fingernail on the ground. And then the loudspeaker kept saying "Remember! You can't bring guns to the airport." over and over again while we waited two hours for our lost bags.
