Garden gnomes... how else will you protect your garden?
I love where you're going with it. I've been investing in companies seeking to open the portals between worlds to invite these industrious bastards in, but they only seem to survive long enough to inspire mythology and sculpture. I would need them here full time on a 1099.

Building 20 units at 30k each: 600k
Lounge areas/ design: 150k
Per night: 100usd x 20= 2k per night
50% occupancy = 365k
Labor and repairs, maybe 50k.
