I love where you're going with it. I've been investing in companies seeking to open the portals between worlds to invite these industrious bastards in, but they only seem to survive long enough to inspire mythology and sculpture. I would need them here full time on a 1099.

50% occupancy = 365k
Labor and repairs, maybe 50k.
