Yup, the tagged event would need to be pulled in; the content of that tag includes a URL for clients that don’t handle that event type so the note’s content could be displayed natively

We don’t have a good way of making “generic” clients interoperate when they don’t know how to handle an event kind, but I think it’s a desirable feature to be able to have this interoperation when it’s technically possible since it increases data fluidity further
