It said I had 0 days on your relay but showed me as authenticated
Yes because they are different things :)
“Authenticated” means NIP-42 auth, that is all (you identified yourself to the server)
There is no NIP for relay access rights or subscriptions
it will still let you auth even if it wont' give you events
