The node is in the phone and now the relay too!🔥

Wouldnt that use a lot of bandwidth and resources for a small mobile device?

Relays don't use a lot of system resources. And the bandwidth is zero since it's local.

I'll share my battery/bandwidth usage after a few days if someone reminds me

is this a good moment?

<1% battery life usage over the last 24 hours. 0 data usage. About as noninvasive as you could as for!

It would only be zero if you only use it like a cache. I think you can also use it as a personal relay and read/write/broadcast from it to your other relays. That wouldn't save you bandwidth (I don't think), but it would probably speed your client up a lot, make it easier to use multiple clients (only one relay to install) and would work as a backup.

Would also allow you to read and write offline, and then push the changes when you're back online.

At least, according to his planned features list.

You can only read and write offline and restore follows if you nuked them elsewhere. The broadcasting features are not implemented yet.

Wouldn't it use less bandwidth, as a relay query is more efficient than a client one?
