Are any egg maxis claiming that one shouldn't have their eggs on toast?? Like, I'm down for being healthy, but let's be reasonable here...
I eat 8 to 10 eggs a day.
How do you prepare them?
I generally just fry sunny side up style served with some kind of hot sauce. I also do omelettes every so often. I generally cook eggs as a first meal, making sure I get enough protein for the day. I have no proof but I think they raise testosterone.
