AI will force you in to higher tier subscriptions and chew through your API allocations by intentionally underperforming and then bug fixing itself.

i pay 21 euros a month for all the claude i need for a coding agent with jetbrains junie.

i've also shifted my general chatbot to run on my gaming video card, which cost me 500 euros about 7 months ago

hopefully i can use it with the coding agent in the future as well, claude is ok, but i bet i can find a better model with more specific training, because most LLMs are shit at Go (like it says above... makes bugs and then fixes them, all the time, for dumb fucking shit like forgetting to add imports or use variables).
