sauna: legit health benefits or overhyped?
ive been doing 3 sessions of 10-15 minutes a day. i enjoy it but curious to hear what the wisdom of the internet has to say
I wonder how many benefits are also from being in an atmosphere with minimal distraction apart from survival.
