Never had Ethiopian food?
If you like Indian food you will probably like it. Similar but different.
The pancake you see all the stews on is injera. Itβs a stretchy spongy tangy pancake that is sourdough made from teff flour, not wheat. It sounds weird but is really good.
Sadly, I haven't. It does look like Indian food. I like the bread side of indian, will look for some Ethiopian food around here.
