No I mean are you living there, are you building them to sell, to rent, etc.
Going to sell them individually, it’s a pretty cool property overall. There’s two small houses and two parceled out townhouse buildings with a really nice shared community space between all of them on contiguous parcels.
Ahhh. Definitely go with your idea of painting them. That original brown looks so ugly
