Working a new project and would love to hear your thoughts.

The property has black gutters so I was thinking about doing the doors and windows black. Updating the lighting fixtures, (would love hear what kinds you like and what color, and match that with the door knobs) updating and staining the deck and balcony (should I paint it? What color?) I like the brick and don’t plan on touching it. What do you think?
