They at least shouldn't be allowed to remove apps from your phone, I had Wos installed on an iPhone, overnight it disappeared, tried logging in on a differrent device with my Sam's account, my funds were gone.
Dunno about the funds, but there’s a system setting to prevent apps from getting pulled. Look into it

On android now, tried logging in on that too, didn't work. Lucky it wasn't much.
You sure it's not IP based geo restriction?
Try w/ a VPN.
Yeah, cause I can use Wos with a out of country vpn on a new account.
