They at least shouldn't be allowed to remove apps from your phone, I had Wos installed on an iPhone, overnight it disappeared, tried logging in on a differrent device with my Sam's account, my funds were gone.

Dunno about the funds, but there’s a system setting to prevent apps from getting pulled. Look into it
