Personally I don't mind to get those Sats.

However, I'm not sure if I would like to have my Lightning Wallet constantly being notifying me of those 1 Sats transactions.

This is a very good topic that lightning wallet devs should start think about.

It would be a great feature if lightning wallets could give the users an option to adjust the minimum amount received to be notified, or something in that way.

This is kind of a new ad method to reach out to lightning addresses and this is probably only gonna increase by time with more users and businesses discovering this feature.
