It’s been 4 years since the first picture, if I’ve learned anything it’s that you don’t need a label.
Figure out what works for you and stick to it.
I went through:
Keto
Carnivore
Keto again
Animal based
Ancestral…
Trying to stick to something can cause you more stress which actually pushes you back, not forwards. I think many of these are great starting points to then figure out what works, but not the end goal.
So what worked for you?

Whole foods and proper preparation of vegetables, grains etc.
Yes, that makes sense. Stricter and/or elimination diets have their place, but it is good to figure out what works for you. Overall, low processed carbs and processed foods in general is a good move.
