It’s been 4 years since the first picture, if I’ve learned anything it’s that you don’t need a label.

Figure out what works for you and stick to it.

I went through:

Keto

Carnivore

Keto again

Animal based

Carnivore

Ancestral…

Trying to stick to something can cause you more stress which actually pushes you back, not forwards. I think many of these are great starting points to then figure out what works, but not the end goal.

The last point is on point šŸŽÆ

Diet culture can be a bit toxic, which is good for marketing.

Doing a restrictive diet or an elimination diet is necessary when you’re sick to find a baseline or find which foods are aggravating you.

Or even dieting as a mental/physical discipline practice is also quite powerful.

Consistent inconsistence?

like muscle confusion, don't let your body know what's coming next

But it's your stomache and you havent had a peaceful shit in years.

Muscle confusion isn’t a thing haha

I want my muscles to think that

Muscles don’t think šŸ˜‚

maybe if they did think they'd be less confused

Can’t be confused if you don’t think

Whole foods and proper preparation of vegetables, grains etc. and low stress

I feel like stress isn’t talked about enough. There are people with low stress but terrible diets that have amazing skin.

Exactly! It all comes down to your environment and how it impacts your body physically, spiritually and mentally

Are you a Peatr?

So what worked for you?

Whole foods and proper preparation of vegetables, grains etc.

Yes, that makes sense. Stricter and/or elimination diets have their place, but it is good to figure out what works for you. Overall, low processed carbs and processed foods in general is a good move.

so what actually worked for you and what improved health-wise?

Are u russian?
