I have not eaten beef or pork since 19-20th. y.o. Jack is very convincing about health benefits of red meat. I guess lamb chops ! Pork, however.....I feel like its most antibiotic and HGH injected, dirtiest meat ...animals eat garbige too. Idk about this......
