But then people can say seafood is dirty too. I did vegan diet for few months and was losing weight quickly. Finaly got down to 109lbs....even though I was skinny, very toned. I dont reccomend this diet. Even with intake of vitamins I was taking 10-13 different kinds on schedule - it was a job....😊

I have not eaten beef or pork since 19-20th. y.o. Jack is very convincing about health benefits of red meat. I guess lamb chops ! Pork, however.....I feel like its most antibiotic and HGH injected, dirtiest meat ...animals eat garbige too. Idk about this......
