First you need a wallet that supports LNURL. Wallet of Satoshi is the easiest. But alby has more uses here. When you get a wallet the receive will have an @ address. Paste that in your profile in LUD-06 or LUD-16. Let me know when you do so I can send a test zap.

I'm on coracle as I use desktop. I tried adding faster relays but it is still pretty unreliable. So how do I remove relays in the future if I don't want to lose any of my info?
When you remove relays you will lose info. If you use https://iris.to/global
you can go to settings and push the relays public. Also do you use an extension like nos2x. Its good to keep the private key safe
