Seems a few clients will do this. nostr:npub1xtscya34g58tk0z605fvr788k263gsu6cy9x0mhnm87echrgufzsevkk5s made a post about how Damus could do this too earlier today.

Guess I’ll refrain from using multiple clients if that’s the case for now .

I use Amethyst, Snort, Coracle, Primal and haven't run into it yet. Seems to be caused by the way specific clients deal with relays.
