I will definitely give that a try for sure, i have done “digital diaries” but there is something about a great ink pen and paper that just cant be matched. I do love reading books to “escape” but self thought and reflection something i do lack at in this moment. Ive almost had my dial turned up trying ti get as much as i can out of my day and not thought about the self therapeutics as no ones approached me in this way for some time. I appreciate the responses and advice!

you are so welcome :)

there's a great deal missing from digital. its entirely disconnected from what it means to EXPRESS .... --YOU.--

There's no substitute.

you wind up enjoying the screw ups as you write, and really enjoying the feedback... your mind is connected directly to the paper... you learn a lot about yourself.. especially once you learn to just let go and write whats on your mind.. its very revealing..

ps - worth mentioning - the 25$ kaweco sport will write just as well as the fancy looking 85$ aluminum models...

look up j herbin 1670 inks if you want to see the one i mentioned its "emerald du chivor" 1670 series.

there is no substitute for time spent with self.. its a direct investment you can't do better, in therapy , with friends, or otherwise. its INTROSPECTION. there is no substitute. <3
