I was eating lunch with my wife and showed her this post. She’s a few steps behind me in our BTC journey so I needed to explain. I told her, here is this couple in Costa Rica out to lunch, they are posting an invoice to be paid over an open protocol where someone, somewhere else in the world will see it, and choose to pay freely and instantaneously. No banks, no 3rd parties, just good people sending good people value. She was impressed 😎 little experiments like these help me show her how amazing #bitcoin is and why we need it. #Nostr too.
