Does this mean they ll phase out the custodial WoS or can a user have both? Noticed the keys 🔑 in the Label here just wondering

They will keep both. Since it's easier to onboard people without them needing to learn seed phrases immediately. But over time I think people will learn to secure their wallet with seed phrases.
