Working the late shift so my sleep cycle be rekt…also my bear of a preschooler decided to fall asleep on my chest
Shift work plays havoc on sleep and health, took me years to recover from shift work when I finally left it!
Agreed…not much left in this serf’s gas tank. A change soon me thinks is in order.
It definitely ages a person, and if you can make the change…do it and don’t look back!
Unfortunately my gig is kind of rigged by design to keep us from doing just that, but trying to formulate a plan anyways as that’s just a challenge imho 😂
