Isn't it weird that when Congress holds hearings and they actually have important people in the hot seat and being recorded, they only have a couple minutes for each member where they appear to scramble to get a concise answer on complex topics from the person of interest. Seems like a weird way to conduct business unless chaos and obfuscation is the goal.
