Invited 3 people individually to a sold out concert (for free). Each sounded excited at the time and said they’d get back to me within a week. Several weeks later and not one person has responded.

Reality is they probably just forgot, but I cannot imagine being asked to go to something like this and not responding, even if I couldn’t go. I guess my feelings are hurt and I should grow thicker skin, but it feels like the Portland freeze strikes again.
