Imagine this.

Your Npub key is the master key by NIP-06(BIP-32).

You login the app with that npub.

You can issue a new P2WPKH or P2TR address from that npub by NIP-06(BIP-32) and of course create a tx and publish to the bitcoin network.

So, what app do you want?

NOTE: Just a usecase story of "Nostr Login". Not required to publish Nostr Event like NIP-47 NWC or NIP-60 Cashu Wallets.

there are no master keys except in frost

In fact, it doesn't matter since the master key can be generated by frost, the only issue then is backup and restore, since the chaincode to derive it would have to be stored separately from the shares.
