Proper storage is something I'm starting to consider.

For sure. I already do it for my cigars. Just haven't kept enough wine around to justify it up to this point.

If it's around 70 degrees, you're gonna want it cooler for longer storage. Natural Wine is extra delicate

That's probably pretty great for it as far as things go

My house is permanently between 69 and 72.

Is that alright?

Not for long term. A few months, sure but don't try to age wine like that.

What temperature for aging your wine ?
