It's great to have these tools available for when people need them.
How does that work? Let's say you have an internet connection and bluetooth on in a country that is not Jamaica, how would you be able to connect with people in Jamaica with Bitchat?

Nuthin' happening in Central Massachusetts. What's the range of Bluetooth ? 100 feet? Gotta get my sons on it .... they can test it in the Big City.
