It's amazing how quickly the hospitality sector seems to have recovered from the 2020 shutdown and the resulting aftermath. If you can afford to close your bar / restaurant from the 23. through the 26. You must be doing very well.

Literally almost every bar/restaurant around here have been closed for the last few days. Amazes me. #Germany

It is. I usually do 12-14h a day around this time of the year. For a month flat and then chill for three months before the summer season kicks in then do the same again for three months flat and chill until Christmas. But that's Spain. Over here McDonald's has been doing quite well the last few days. It was rammed! 🤣

I like that work hard and chill formula. I used to do seasonal work like that also. It was great being able to take a few months off each year.

Yeah and I'm looking forward to get back to it next year.
