Also the western world isn't going to stop using USD for trade even if the global south does.

I'm pulling this out of thin air but something like 60% of trade will probably still be in USD.

And it's not like this hasn't happened before, GBP didn't hyperinflate.

could be possible Plaza Accord - but against whom? nobody LoL this time - multipolar world economic block - DXY will drop beyond usual chart cycle if so. Fed unilateral decision possible.

Some ppl think China will follow in the footsteps of Japan after 1990s.

Japan is/was a client state of the US; China is not. The Chinese aren't gonna let the US dictate monetary/trade policies that would eventually hurt them.
