Here's one possibility. Sometimes nerds will use html-style "closing tags" when they type stuff, like:
/sarcasm
Meaning "That was sarcasm. Now back to serious."
So maybe /grim is like "that was grim, but we're moving on"
So this is a riddle/puzzle clue. The word /grim is the most recent clue to the next part of the riddle/puzzle. So the context itself is within the word, i just feel like it has to do with some hacker/coder culture that im missing since im not one. So im trying to approach it from 80iq angles. 😆
