#Amethyst v0.60.1: Scroll To Top bugfix

- Fixes feeds going back to the top when leaving and coming back to them.

- Restructures feed invalidations to account for changes in the selected top list

- Restructures scroll-to-the-top implementations to avoid using arguments in the navigator

- Restructures Stable elements for minor performance gains.
