Since zaps are still easy to fake, there will be chaos at some point and then probably nostr clients will create lists of pubkeys of zap providers that they want to trust.

It's not used for anything but zap receipts for now.

Yeah, I mean bot's been creating thousands of zap receipts. Nobody has given me any authority to do so. No proofs needed. Even if, those could be "faked" as well.

Same as follower count and likes, everything in nostr is easy to fake.

Everything but signal! Hopefully that rises to the top. Sorting notes by legit zaps received would be great way to do this IMO
