I have a few followers drop each time i log in. It's a relay issue. As I post and scroll, they eventually re follow in my notifs. Try adding some more relays

Have any suggestions for good relays?
Mine aren't perfect but you should be able to look at my relays. I went around looking at others' relays and added some here and there as someone would post about one.

I guess it depends what client you're on whether you can see others' relays. I know you can on Damus.
