Trying to be on my feet about 10 hours per day now. Was stuck at a computer desk for a while there but it started feeling really unhealthy!

Being on your feet all day takes some getting used to again if you've been sedentary for a while. Take breaks and don't overdo it.

Resistance training gives you your life back. Life changer.

Are you doing standing desk? Or switched jobs?

Standing desk yeah. I was meaning to do it for like a year and should have done it sooner

As old-man-ish as it sounds, a good pair of compression socks can help with longevity in your mission.

Or some sort of balance board.

Nice! Yea, it helps, and definitely better for any speaking/presentations even from the audience perspective.

But still, forcing some regular walks or movements throughout the day is necessary.
