What made me hesitate to click on it was the Mr. Beast-like thumbnail. And since your channel is known for bitcoin circular economies, what could have been the title is: Can I eat 10,000 in this bitcoin town? Or something like that.

My understanding is that it really changed about 2 years ago. Apparently it has long been under discussion. The key risk they are worried about is people giving “financial” advice if that is helpful.
