Not sure I would add that friction at this point. Especially if there are free easy to use alternatives like:

Once there are a few decent clients on mobile you could use multiple clients, but ya multiple accounts would be nice.

Check out Nostrid, it allows for multiple accounts and switching between them.
I really like it, but it is slow as all get out for me. But that could be because I'm connected to like 44 relays...

44 relays is a bit too much. Try 20-25 with automatic mode (if you use paid relays then raise the priority for them). Also make sure you try version 1.22!
By the way, which platform are you using? Android, Windows or Web?
I figured that 44 relays was the problem! I did reduce them down to about 15 and it started working faster for me. I am using Android and I will now download version 1.22! Thanks!
By the way, if you take a look at the Liberty Memes channel I created, when I repost notes there they come out weird with metadata and don't show the image. I post "@note17cyladxxxxx...." for example, and you can't see the image if you are using Nostrid, while it renders fine in Amethyst.
