I encourage you all to share this 20 minute clip with your friends and family to explain to them why they need to stop consuming seed oils.
If they grasp the information, they may think twice before ordering at a restaurant or picking up fast food. Perhaps they will move towards cooking with good oils and making their own meals, sides, etc with REAL food.
I’ve had friends talk about different things they are trying to increase their protein intake. I encourage them and say it’s great but also mention that if they were to make this food instead of it come out of a box or bottle that they would be further ahead. I say to them “I bet one of the first ingredients is some type of seed oil whether it’s canola oil, soybean oil or vegetable oil.” They go look and say “you’re right!”
We need to now more than ever take charge of our health and also encourage our loved ones to do the same.
