Cardio is my favorite !
I used to enjoy cardio but walking on a treadmill is not my idea of a fun time!

ohh I see and your weather right now is ❄️🌨️ if I remember 😔 so outside walks are not the business 😕
Yes slippery hills surround me. I’d welcome a walk/hike in the bush but I don’t feel safe doing that alone.
