I cheat a bit with broth throughout the day, though. But still, my food intake has probably halved.

I cheat a bit with broth throughout the day, though. But still, my food intake has probably halved.
I started supplementing meals with buttermilk. Well, I buy Venezuelan suero which is like liquid buttermilk starting to partly form into soft creamy wet cheese chunks in the liquid which are somewhere between the texture of sour cream and very soft cottage cheese. Mix it with milk and just need a glass. Have reduced food intake significantly.
