This is most likely coming from activity pub and not from nostr. I think nostr:npub1q3sle0kvfsehgsuexttt3ugjd8xdklxfwwkh559wxckmzddywnws6cd26p made a bridge from there to here.
I think trump being in the WH could drive many to nostr as they start their own resist movement again. Freedom tools become more appealing when you arent the one in power

If the US government attempts to purchase 1m BTC over 5 years they will drive the price so high they won’t ever be able to obtain their goal. Without confiscation or mining I don’t think they can reach this metric. Especially when other nation states jump in. Fiat is dead.
