China is involved in every industry because China wants money.
I think funding marijuana legalization, and fentanyl manufactured from Chinese precursors flooding our city streets is part of a calculated strategy to weaken the US.

How does marijuana legalization fit into that calculated strategy? Fentanyl may be the best self proctored euthanasia cleansing in the history of the planet. Legalize it all? Life itself is enough for most people, if it isn’t, well, go do some fentanyl?

The US government operates in terms of four year election cycles. The Chinese government operates on a 100 year planning horizon.
Most of the time the guerrilla forces prevail. At some point there will only be humanity, associations that function, and associations that don’t. Language barriers will be all but nonexistent in the next twenty years, cultural dilution will happen at an astounding rate. Borders will likely fall, arbitrary differences will be replaced by meaningful deal breaking differences, and the land masses will likely split into three distinct cultural hubs. That’s when the real fighting will begin and likely never stop until the necessity of constant non destructive conflict is realized or humanity is completely and utterly destroyed. In any case the US is a failed experiment unfortunate as that is. There once was a dream that was Rome….

Stoned does not necessarily equal lazy. Poorly trained humans are lazy.
I think the stoned and lazy contingent was always just missing the stoned. Probably now they’re just less frustrated and not in prison for petty drug charges. Maybe they work a dead end job to buy weed. So be it. Restrictions won’t alter the nature of people with a specific disposition.
