Honestly I think anything from 10-100 sats is plenty. We either get lots of zaps with a few sats or a few zaps with lots of zaps. I don't engage a ton, but I've gotten 1000 sat zaps for a high effort post.

People will give you what they think your content is worth to them, divided by how many sats they can afford to give away.
