Do you think it would be suitable for Nostr music hosting?

I actually don't understand what Nostr music is yet, or how it is different to podcast2.0. I'm just testing with self hosting the content now.

Yes. if you read through https://oneshot.hivetalk.org/ carefully - scroll through ENTIRE page and Really read it - you will see a S3 option and you can use tigris for it, very cheap to host up to 100GB of media, NO Egress fees
